為什么免耕
今天，世界范圍內至少有6400萬公頃農田正在實施免耕。遺憾的是，中國免耕面積在統計上還是空白。世界上很多國家，尤其在北美、拉丁美洲和非洲，免耕的面積都在增加。這是為什么呢？因為農民的親身實踐使他們認識到，與常規耕翻為基礎的農業相比“免耕”可以減少工作量，增加收益，提高地力的同時保護環境。免耕為農民的生活質量帶來了意想不到的變化。具體講，免耕具有如下優點：
1.少勞動強度和時間
2.增加收入
3.減少機械損耗
4.降低燃料費用
