Orders over $50 are shipped free within U.S. using the most economical shipping method. (2-10 days). Expedited shipping and insurance options available at check out with additional shipping charge. 

Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.  You can also log on to your account to check the status of your order.  If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Back ordered items are shipped free and should take less than 5 days to leave our warehouse. 

USPS Priority and First Class Mail take approximately 1-5 days to deliver. UPS Ground and USPS Parcel take approximately 2-8 days, depending on the destination.  Once we ship your order, we have no control over the U.S. Post Office or UPS on the exact date of delivery.  

Please be advised USPS may take 24-48 hours to update tracking status.  USPS Priority, Standard Parcel, and First Class delivery dates are not guaranteed.

International orders are shipped by USPS Express International or USPS Priority International. We have no control over shipping delays due to Customs Inspections.  If your order does not arrive after 30 days, we will contact our insurance firm.  If you file a claim with paypal or your credit card bank, we will respond to the claim after 30 days. 

International customers are responsible for their own sales tax and Customs fees/tax. We cannot under declare the value of your package due to insurance and legal requirements.
